Acnes breakout conditions have improved, not as many as before)Customer services:Well trained, the way they talk and try to close sale makes me comfortable without any dilemma of thinking that I have to do and buy everything. Answer what you asked, and not over promoting unnecessary package or products.Ambience and facilities:Clean, relaxing and neat. Got prayer room too.Technique:Love what they practice, which is non-injectables. Beauty consultant only speaks on 3D scan results and not only making assumptions, which is very great. So you will get your face scanned at EVERY appointment. Also, the therapist not hurrying the treatment which is great because skincare is about pampering and slowly letting the products penetrates to the skin. All equipment and towels look and feel clean.Things to improve:So far everything is up to my expectations, hope the performance and the practices can be maintained forever. If everything is maintained until the end, will change the rate to full star. 🌟❤️Overall, very satisfied and will try to finish all the treatments for acne here.
