Consulting and evaluating patient’s health and beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analysis and offer patients advise on skincare and hair care products as well as available treatments.
Perform various treatments according to patient’s needs, such as chemical peels, facials, skin rejuvenation and all other related services (therapists) and perform pre-treatment tasks including confirming appointments, understanding patient’s history, and prepared treatment rooms according to patient’s preference.
Ensure customers are always satisfied with the services provided and discharge responsibilities as Customer Service at front counter. Maintaining relationship with customers and get feedback for their treatment/product.
Responsible for providing professional consultation and advice on medical aesthetic solutions to patient’s concerns. Handle patient enquiries and educate patients about the course of treatment, possible downtime, and post-care.
